We are stewards of a large building that was designed for many purposes. We rent space in many parts of the church to community groups, as an extension of our local outreach and to defray maintainance costs. Room capacity ranges from 20 to over 600.

With the exception of the Lower Hall and the balcony in the Sanctuary, all spaces are accessible. Two accessible washrooms are available through Scout Hall. One fixed ramp and one removable ramp provide wheelchair access between sections of the church. Access to many rooms is at grade. A ramp provides access to the chancel area in the Sanctuary.
The Sanctuary and Banquet Room have sound systems that include an induction loop for hearing aids that have a loop or telephone setting.
All washrooms were renovated between 2018 and 2020.
The Sanctuary has pew seating for 600 (450 on the mail floor and another 150 in the balcony. The space is heated in winter and air conditioning is available in the summer. The sanctuary is equipped with a modern sound system that was upgraded in 2016 to reduce echo and improve the sound in and below the balcony. One fixed microphone is available, on request and at a minimal cost, at the flip of a switch. Groups with their own mixer can feed into the sound system. All requests for the sound system must be approved in advance.
The Chancel provides approximately 80 square metres of level space for performers. Three steps across the front of the Chancel are wide enough for singers. The pipe organ console is in a fixed location to one side. The grand piano may be moved, but must remain on the Chancel. The piano and organ may be used only with prior arrangement.
There is wheelchair access to the Chancel via a ramp along one side.
Three levels of chair risers may be moved as desired, or removed completely, and there are a limited number of step risers on two levels.
The Narthex provides space for gathering and selling event tickets.
This multipurpose room may be configured as you wish, as an open space for games or dances, with row seating for 200 or more, or with tables and chairs for 200. The floor is cushioned vinyl. Movable dividers may be used to separate groups of chairs or tables.
We have completed the renovation of Scout Hall, including air conditioning, new lighting, new windows and new flooring.
The Kitchen is typically booked with the Banquet Room and provides a suitable space for preparing food and cleaning up after an event.
We have limited space in two domestic refrigerators, a full domestic range and a 4-burner commercial electric range with a griddle top and two ovens. There is a commercial undercounter dishwasher and sufficient sinks for food preparation and cleanup.
There are approximately 7m of counter space plus another 3m of space atop movable islands. Church dishware and cutlery are not normally available for rentals.
The Lower Hall is a multi-purpose space that can be configured with tables of various sizes and dividers. It was renovated in 2012 and is air conditioned in the summer. The room is accessible only via stairs and has washrooms conveniently located off the stairwell. As it is located below the Banquet Hall, it is not suited to quiet activities on Tuesday evenings when the Beavers are meeting above. Ball sports are not allowed in the Lower Hall.
The Choir Room, with a capacity for 20, may be used for small meetings or as a green room for performers. The door between the Narthex (main corridor) to the room may be locked during performances, with easy access via doors on either side of the Chancel.
